Your cover with RWR Plumbing Limited begins from the date your application is successfully submitted. Please note that a 30-day initial exclusion period applies, during which claims cannot be made. This helps prevent claims for pre-existing issues and allows us to keep our cover plans competitively priced.

Yes, in most cases you can cancel your existing home emergency policy and move to RWR Plumbing Limited. If you’d like advice on switching or need assistance, our friendly team will be happy to help.

No. If you cancel your cover within 14 days of setting up your plan, you’ll receive a full refund for the current policy period with no cancellation fees. You may cancel at any time thereafter, although cancellation charges may apply. Please refer to our Policy | Terms and Conditions. for full details. 

If you choose one of our standard plans, no excess charges will apply. Plans that include a fixed excess will require payment of the agreed excess amount for each initial call-out. This fee is non-refundable but will not be charged again for any follow-up visits within 30 days relating to the same fault. Annual boiler servicing is included with no call-out charge.

Boiler servicing is typically carried out between March and October each year. Once you’ve joined a cover plan, we’ll let you know your allocated service period. When your annual service is due, one of our engineers will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
